MORRISTOWN, NJ – Morristown National Historical Park (NHP) continues to celebrate its 90th anniversary as the nation’s first National Historical Park with a special program scheduled for Sunday, July 30.

Sunday, July 30 at 1:00 p.m. – Fairleigh Dickinson University Professor Dr. Luz Huertas and the Libro de Cofradias
Fairleigh Dickinson University professor Dr. Luz Huertas will discuss her translation and the meaning of the April 27, 1557 Libro de Cofradias from the Order of Santa Ana in Mexico City, one of the earliest monastic establishments of Mexico. The Libro de Cofradias (Book of Orders) contains the original Articles of the Constitution of the Order of Santa Ana. The 1557 manuscript is part of the park’s collection and will be on display.
