Plant Detectives was founded in 1996 by Art Laster in Ramsey, New Jersey. Our operation moved to Chester, New Jersey, in 2001 and has called our 10-acre location "home" since. Art's original mission was simple, yet it still guides us today: provide high-quality plant material.
