THE MAX Challenge is a 10-week body transformation system designed to make fast and lasting changes to your appearance and overall well-being. We do this by combining nutritional counseling, fitness classes, and motivation. Being part of THE MAX is like having a personal trainer, nutritional counselor, and success coach.
Our fitness program incorporates cardio training and strength training so that you can burn fat and increase strength at the same time. Our classes are designed for people of all fitness levels. Our instructors are trained to break an exercise down and provide modifications so that everyone is challenged and working to their highest potential.
