Here at Penny Lane, we take great pains to assure our customers that when they buy a record [or more] it will have gone through our grading process.....most of our customers know that and don't even check for condition. If a desirable LP doesn't tick all the boxes, it goes into our $3-5 bins or sometimes $1 bins. After all, return customers are our bread & butter!
