Comfortably Chic was created by a Chester mom (Danielle) and daughter (Kaitlin) duo. We are a small family in Chester, NJ, that tries to do it all! Our family moved to this small, historic farm town in New Jersey from the San Francisco Bay Area back in 2017. Danielle and her family first, and then Kaitlin and her husband Max (who you might recognize from Chester Candle Company) soon after. Ever since, we have been opening contemporary boutiques up and down Main Street, including Comfortably Chic, Mercantile on Main, Chester Candle Company, Steam Soapery, and Serendipity Toys & Books.

Our mission is to help revitalize our small historic Main Street into an amazingly dynamic shopping area that locals and tourists alike will enjoy. Where we shop, have fun, and eat are all components of what makes our town a community.
