Burtons Grill & Bar will open its first New Jersey location at District 15Fifteen in Parsippany on Oct. 20 at 4 p.m.
The restaurant at 1525 Route 10 will donate 15% of opening-day proceeds to the Interfaith Food Pantry Network, which provides food access, nutrition education and related resources to Morris County residents in need. Burtons will also make an additional contribution to the organization. Reservations are available for the opening-day fundraiser.
The menu features American fare with items including a 14-ounce, 28-day aged ribeye served with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes, and crab-crusted haddock with crab cake, lemon butter sauce, seasonal vegetables and herbed jasmine rice. The Maxx Burger features Allen Brothers angus beef topped with American cheese, onion strings and special sauce on a brioche bun with fries. Maxx Burger is one of the dishes seen during a ‘preview at Burtons Grill and Bar that is slated to open on October 20.
