Wills, Trusts, & Estates With Heather J. Darling, Morris County Surrogate
Surrogate Heather J. Darling, Esq will visit Morris County Library to discuss Wills, Trusts, and Estates on Friday, April 12th, from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Highlights of her discussion will include the role of the Surrogate, the importance of having a will, naming an executor, and what an executor should know. She will also talk about trusts and adult guardianships. There will be time provided for questions.
A light lunch will be provided. No registration is required; however, seating is limited.
Attendees may wish to make an afternoon of it! Come to the program and lunch, then stay for the Friday Afternoon Movie, “The Holdovers,” which will be shown right afterward.
