Together, we’ll move slowly and intentionally across the grass, discovering how every step can be a meditation—an opportunity to ground, to breathe, and to connect deeply with both body and spirit. Walking meditation is a practice of awareness: noticing the subtle shift of balance, the rise and fall of your breath, and the quiet beauty that surrounds you.
This mindful movement not only keeps us warm but also opens the door to a meditative state that you can carry with you long after we’ve left the farm.
Come as you are, and leave feeling centered, calm, and more at home in your own body.
