Hop on the nearest stagecoach and join Morris County Historical Society for a trip back to the Turnpike Era of the early 19th century to tour the taverns and inns that catered to travelers along these bustling thoroughfares. Program includes special tour of portions of our current exhibit, Fermenting a Communal Spirit: Morris County Taverns, Speakeasies & Social Clubs.

Indoor/outdoor program, meet at Acorn Hall’s back porch. No registration required. $7 for non-members ($5 for MCHS members).
