Guided by the principles and laws of nature, Ethos Farm to Health and Janet Oussaty, M.D., invite you to experience the restorative practice of T’ai Chi Chih: Joy Through Movement.

In this welcoming session, you’ll learn 19 gentle, flowing movements and one simple pose in a non-martial art form of moving meditation. Each movement is easy to follow and designed to circulate and balance the body’s natural energy. People of nearly any age, fitness level, or physical condition can participate. You may practice the movements standing or seated.

Many participants notice meaningful benefits with regular practice. These often include improved blood pressure regulation, reduced stress, stronger balance and coordination, and greater mental clarity.
