Our Story Begins with Apples and Ambition
Back in 2021, New Jersey’s apple trees delivered their most abundant harvest in years. Instead of letting the fruit go to waste, we started dreaming. First, we considered pies, applesauce, and juice. Then, we asked a bigger question: what if we made wine?
So, we rolled up our sleeves and started pressing apples. Over the next two years, we experimented, refined our craft, and created small-batch wines and ciders using apples from our own land. Eventually, we earned our license and opened our doors to share what we made.
