Sound Bath Experience at the Mendham Township Library

On Tuesday, April 23^rd at 6:30pm the Mendham Township Library with host a Sound Bath Experience with local resident and Sound Practitioner and Reiki Master Genevieve Deely.

Back by Popular Demand!  A sound bath is a meditative experience that “baths” those in attendance in soothing sound waves.  Since half of the human body is made up of water and water is an excellent conductor of sound, Sound Baths are relaxing, immersive experiences that help reduce stress and induce sleep, creativity, and relaxation.  Genevieve will lead participants through this unique experience using the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls to soothe the mind, body, and soul.

There is very little effort on a participant’s part to experience recalibration and healing through the sound frequencies Genevieve offers.  Participants can be in a seated position or can bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow and lay down on their back.  Come join her and experience a wonderful way to let go and relax.
