Schubertiade 2025
Please join us for our annual Schubertiade, a special event honoring the life and music of Franz Schubert (1797–1828). This year’s program promises to be extraordinary, featuring one of Schubert’s most beloved chamber works – the “Trout” Quintet (D. 667).
Also on the program is Hummel’s Piano Quintet, Op. 87, alongside select Schubert lieder performed by the acclaimed bass/baritone Steven Scheschareg. The concert will be brought to life by pianist Itay Goren, members of the Madison String Quartet (Evelyn Estava, violin; Gerall Hieser, cello), and distinguished artists Gabriela Rengel (viola) and Gennaro Marchese (double bass).
This is a rare opportunity to experience these masterworks performed by outstanding musicians in an intimate setting. Admission is free, but registration is required, as seating is limited. Don’t miss this enchanting celebration of Schubert’s enduring musical legacy.
