Morris County Traveling Mural Project
Morris County Traveling Mural Project
The library is excited to welcome the Morris County Traveling Mural Project as a stop on its countywide tour! This unique public art initiative celebrates America’s 250th anniversary and brings residents together through creativity, collaboration, and community pride.
The event begins with an introduction to the project from local artists Kadie Dempsey and Dan Fenelon. They will share the inspiration behind the mural and explain how communities across Morris County are contributing to this special work of art.
After the presentation, community members of all ages can pick up a paintbrush and add their own touch to the mural. Each brushstroke helps tell the story of our county and our nation. Join us for this hands-on opportunity to create art, connect with neighbors, and become part of a lasting community project.
