Mindful Practice with the Land
Join us at Mindful Practice with the Land at Ethos Farm for a gentle, mindfulness-based workshop that explores the connection between our inner rhythms and the natural rhythms of the land. Just as the farm moves through seasons of growth, rest, and renewal, our bodies also move through different states that ask for awareness and care.
During this experience, we will slow down, spend time outdoors, and practice simple somatic and mindfulness techniques that help us notice and support the “seasons” within our own bodies. Surrounded by the beauty of the farm, we’ll explore how reconnecting with nature can help us find balance, restore energy, and move through life in a more sustainable way.
This workshop is open to anyone who would like to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and with the land beneath their feet.
