Join us at the Mendham Township Library for the Local Hidden Gems Lecture Series: Fairview Farms Wildlife Preserve!

On Monday, March 3 at 1pm, the Mendham Township Library will present the Local Hidden Gems Lecture Series featuring Fairview Farm Wildlife Preserve.

Fairview Farm Wildlife Preserve is home to the Raritan Headwaters Association. A former dairy farm, the 170-acre property now serves as a living classroom for outdoor learning, and a tranquil place for connecting to nature.  Open to the public every day from dawn to dusk, the property has five miles of hiking trails through fields and woods, a scenic pond with a fishing dock, a colorful bird and butterfly garden, two rain gardens and a restored 1800s barn complex.  Join Director of Education, Lauren Theis, as she shares the past and present beauty of this local property.
