Season’s Greetings from the Boonton Historical Society! We warmly invite you to our Annual Holiday Open House on Sunday, December 14th, from noon to 4:00 PM at the Boonton Historical Society & Museum, located at 210 Main Street in Boonton.
During this festive event, visitors can enjoy seasonal refreshments and live musical entertainment by classical guitarist Liz Hogg. Additionally, children and families will delight in a special visit from Santa, scheduled between 1:00 and 2:00 PM. While you enjoy the entertainment, we encourage you to explore our rotating exhibit featuring Boontonware, which highlights the town’s rich industrial and artistic history.
Moreover, our gift shops will host exclusive one-day-only sales, offering visitors a unique opportunity to purchase holiday gifts while supporting the museum. To make your visit convenient, free parking is available behind the building in the NJ Transit lot. Families, friends, and community members of all ages can attend, as this event remains free and open to the public.
Throughout the afternoon, volunteers and staff will be available to provide insights into the exhibits and share stories about Boonton’s heritage. Furthermore, the welcoming atmosphere allows guests to connect with neighbors and enjoy the holiday spirit together.
