Harvest Harmony – Gratitude Potluck!

As summer winds down, we invite you to gather around the table and celebrate the land’s abundance, the dedication of our farmers, and the community that makes it all possible.

Join us for a special Whole Food Plant-Based Potluck with Plant Powered Metro NY and Princeton Eats Plants, featuring dishes made without animal products, salt, oil, or added sugar. Bring a favorite dish to share and enjoy an evening of connection, gratitude, and good food on the farm.

We’ll also welcome the Long Hill String Band, whose lively old-time Appalachian music will have your toes tapping and your spirit lifted. With fiddle, banjo, mandolin, upright bass, guitar, and a few surprises along the way, they’ll bring the sounds of front porches, barn dances, and rural America to Ethos Farm.

Let’s close out the summer as a community and welcome fall with food and fun!
