This relaxing event offers the perfect opportunity to listen and search for both resident and migrating birds. Whether you’re an experienced birdwatcher or a beginner, this guided walk will enhance your connection with nature.
What to Expect During the Walk
During the walk, our expert guide will help you spot various bird species while sharing interesting facts about their habits and migration patterns. Please bring binoculars if you have them, though loaner binoculars and field guides will be available for use during the program. You’ll have the chance to observe these beautiful creatures up close while enjoying the serene garden surroundings.
Dress for Comfort and Weather
Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. While the garden lawn is level, it can be uneven in some areas, so be prepared for a gentle, scenic walk. This event provides a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature while exploring the historic beauty of MHHM’s garden.
