Florham Park 4th of July Parade & Celebration

Join Florham Park in a full day of events & celebrations for the 4th of July!

Schedule Information

Beginning at 9:00 am at Firehouse #1, there will be a flag-raising ceremony, followed immediately by kicking off the 4th of July parade!

Once the parade is complete, there will be a family picnic event (with rides!) at the Borough Hall Lawn. Rides will require tickets, which can be purchased at select locations the day of for $1.00 each. If you know you’ll be using a lot of tickets, consider purchasing an unlimited ride bracelet! Prices are 1 for $30, 2 for $55, or 3 for $75, so the more you purchase at once, the more you save.

The food and refreshments for sale are as follows:

– Hamburgers – 4 tickets
– Hot Dogs – 3 tickets
– Soft Pretzels – 2 tickets
– Water – 2 tickets
– Soda – 2 tickets
– Chips – 1 ticket

– Avellino’s Pizza available for cash purchase 
– Good Humor Ice Cream available for cash purchase

You will also be able to purchase a Commemorative Mug for $10!

For those 21 and over, there will be a social garden with beers (Coors Lite, Coors, and Yuengling) and wine available to purchase with tickets. No cash or Venmo will be accepted within the social garden, and there is a limit of 5 drinks per patron. Patrons must have both drink and age-verified bracelets on and displayed. Exit and re-entry are not allowed.

The fireworks celebration will begin at 9:00 p.m. on Emmett Field. The rain date for the fireworks and social garden is July 5th.

The Florham Park’s 125th Birthday Scavenger Hunt will also be going on during the celebration. The Scavenger Hunt can be found here, and completed scavenger hunt pages should be returned to the box outside the Borough Clerk’s Office in the Municipal Building. Those who discover the secret word will be entered to win a prize! Families and all ages are welcome to participate. Be sure to print out the page to participate in the fun!
