Discover balance, inner peace, and body strength in our Evening Spring Yoga class. If you’re seeking a way to unwind, de-stress, and achieve a calm mindset, this class is perfect for you. Join Washington Township Recreation for an invigorating yoga experience that challenges both body and mind. Our “Evening Yoga” class is designed for individuals aged 12 and up, welcoming both experienced yogis and beginners.
In this class, we focus on helping you relax and reach a peaceful mental state. At the same time, we encourage body strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. All you need to bring is your yoga mat, a towel or small blanket, two blocks, and a yoga strap. Our instructors will guide you through each movement, helping you build confidence in your practice.
The Evening Yoga class will take place every Wednesday from April 23 to June 11, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Washington Township Community Center, located at 35 East Springtown Rd., Long Valley, NJ. This class is designed to accommodate all skill levels, so don’t hesitate to join us, whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner.
To reserve your spot, please register before April 21, 2025. Remember, a non-refundable fee is due before the registration deadline. After the deadline, a $25 late payment fee will apply. Registration will not be accepted after classes begin.
