On Monday, February 23rd at 1pm, join local retired IT professional Bill Caproni as he presents Cyber and Identity Safety Tips: Recommendations to Stay Safe from a Cyber Security and Identity Theft Perspective at the Mendham Township Library.

Join Bill Caproni as he discusses the dos and don’ts of Cyber Identity Safety.   Learn about things you may be doing today that could be putting you at risk, as well as tips to help keep your identity safe.

Bill was a former senior Information Technology (IT) manager with over forty years of experience across most areas of IT.  He has worked in the Financial Services, DoD/Aerospace, Industrial Gases, Consumer Goods, and Transportation verticals during his career.  Bill received a bachelors degree in Computer Science in addition to certifications in the areas of project management and IT audit.  He started his career as a software developer. After almost ten years of designing and developing software, Bill moved into IT Infrastructure roles starting with systems administration, then eventually advanced into project management then staff management roles.  Bill has managed teams in all areas of IT Infrastructure, including service desk, operations, support, and IT engineering functions. He has also managed IT Application Development teams.  Bill lives in Whippany, New Jersey with his wife. He enjoys volunteering, history, and traveling.
