Yoga Meditation Class Details
Yoga Meditation classes will take place on Wednesdays, from March 26 to April 30, 2025. Classes run from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Instructor Hollye will guide you through a unique class that combines yoga postures, gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to help calm the mind and enhance body awareness.
What to Expect in Yoga Meditation Classes
In these classes, you will focus on increasing mindfulness and quieting the nervous system. The class includes yoga postures and gentle movements performed while sitting in a chair. Breathwork, silent meditation, and guided relaxation techniques will help you focus on the present moment, promoting relaxation and stress relief. Practicing mindfulness, you will learn to tune into your body and mind without judgment, offering a profound sense of peace and calm.
