Join us for Scotty’s “Stretch the Mozz.” Your class includes:
- Instruction and education on mozzarella production.
- All materials needed to make and take home a 1 lb ball of fresh mozzarella.
- Enjoy prepared plates of mozzarella caprese, mozzarella with hot honey and basil, prosciutto mozzarella pinwheels, and warm bocconcini.
Two seating’s available: 5pm and 6:30pm.
