The Log House will be decorated in true Arts & Crafts style, following Gustav Stickley’s own ideas from The Craftsman magazine. Stickley promoted natural holiday décor, thoughtful handmade gifts, and a simple, meaningful approach to Christmas. Visitors can explore these traditions throughout the house.

Craftsmas Photo Station & Photo Scavenger Hunt
Capture a memory at the Craftsmas Photo Station. Families can also enjoy a Photo Scavenger Hunt featuring objects from the museum’s collection once used in historic Christmas celebrations.
Make a Clay Tile
All ages are welcome to create a winter-themed clay tile in the Education Center. Use seasonal colors, textures, and symbols to design your own tile and enjoy hands-on crafting.
