Join instructor Amy Jeanette-Wood and multi-Instrumentalist Chuck Wood for a unique and enriching experience that blends the physical postures of yoga, the expressive movement of dance, and the immersive power of live music. No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Tickets will also be available at the door.
