Qi Gong Class Details
Qi Gong classes will take place on Wednesdays from March 26 to April 30, 2025. Classes are scheduled from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Instructor Hollye will guide you through slow, flowing movements, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques to promote relaxation and improve health.
