For the Lunch & Learn at Morris County Library with Morris County Surrogate, Heather J. Darling, Esq, will visit the library’s public meeting room to discuss Wills, Trusts, and Estates. Some of the highlights of her discussion will include the role of the Surrogate, the importance of having a Will, naming an Executor, and what an Executor should know. The Surrogate will also talk about Trusts and Adult Guardianships. There will be time for questions. A light lunch will be served after the presentation. Registration is required as seating is limited.
