  • NJ Ballet's "Don Quixote", May ‎18, ‎ Mayo Performing Arts Center, Morristown This full length classical ballet is based on the 1900 version staged for the Bolshoi by Alexander Gorsky. Don Quixote is rich in Spanish color, flavor, and laugh-out-loud humor of Cervantes' masterpiece about an old knight, his squire, and their foray into the age of chivalry.   • Industrial Heritage Tour: Greystone, ‎May ‎18, Central Park of Morris County, Parsippany, When Greystone Park was opened in 1876 it was officially the New Jersey Asylum for the Insane at Morristown. Built using principles developed by Philadelphia psychiatrist Thomas Kirkbride as a better way to provide health care for the mentally ill, the 712-acre property was designed to be self sufficient. Now closed, most of the land is being redeveloped as the Central Park of Morris County.
