Natural History Walk: On the Wing
Join in an easily-paced walk around Fosterfields to discover its unique natural history. Also look for late summer butterflies and early autumn's migratory birds around the farm. Walk should last about 45 minutes. Intended for ages 5 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Early modes of transportation will be celebrated. Featured are the Foster family's sleigh, wagons, and carriages including a 1905 Rockaway carriage. Also see Caroline Foster's 1922 Model "T" Ford and 1929 Hupmobile. "Meet" Alice Huyler Ramsey who will describe her 1909 cross-country automobile trip!
