Bottle Hill Day
Go back in time with the New Jersey Frontier Guard and learn about life during the French and Indian Wars (1754 - 1765). 6th Annual Fall Harvest Celebration
Dedicated volunteers from the Herb Society maintain Jockey Hollow's 18th-century style Wick Garden.The Fall Harvest Celebration will include tours of the Wick Garden by Herb Society volunteers who will be available to answer your questions about the use of herbs and plants in colonial and revolutionary-era America. Fresh produce can be "picked to order" from the garden to purchase. The Herb Society volunteers also will sell apples, flavored vinegars, dried herbs, baked goods, condiments, wreaths, and homemade herbal crafts. All proceeds will benefit the Wick Garden.The event will be held rain or shine. In case of rain, the herbal sales will be in Morristown NHP's Jockey Hollow Visitor Center.
