Born to be Shorn – Sheep Shearing Day & Fiber Arts Fun
It’s time for a haircut! Come to Fosterfields Living Historical Farm and watch Master Shearer Margaret Quinn demonstrating how to shear a sheep the old-fashioned way. Natural Dyeing, Spinning, and other wool craft demonstrations take place throughout the day.
Be sure to visit the new lambs, Jersey cows, and other farm animals. Take a wagon ride around the property and hop off at The Willows 1854 mansion for an open-house tour of the first floor.
